I am currently representing an accomplished Tier 1 M&E contractor, holding a robust position in the London market. In recent times, they have launched a new division that specialises in data centres in London and successfully secured numerous projects.
The role we are looking to fill is that of an MEP Quantity Surveyor to assist in the completion of a data centre project located in West London. Subsequently, the selected candidate will be involved in other data centre projects in London upon completion of the initial assignment. The M&E package for this project is valued at £5m, and my client serves as the principal contractor overseeing the entire project.
This position is available on a permanent basis and includes my client's competitive package below.
