My client is a renowned Building Services Contractor known for its multidisciplinary approach, specialising in the planning, construction, MEP services, and maintenance of essential building services projects. They have established a reputation as a trusted partner for hyperscale data centres, commercial developments, and educational projects throughout the South-East, driven by a commitment to innovation, sustainability, and excellence.
We are currently seeking an MEP Quantity Surveyor to join their vibrant team. This role involves working on various data centre projects across London, with the benefit of a weekly hybrid working arrangement.
In this position, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of these state-of-the-art facilities, working closely with an experienced Senior MEP QS.
This opportunity is open for both PAYE and Freelance arrangements, and the PAYE option includes the following benefits:
