MEP Quantity Surveyor

Currently, I am representing a leading Tier 1 M&E contractor with a strong foothold in the vibrant London market. They have recently expanded their portfolio to include a specialised division focusing on data centres, typically in the West London area, successfully securing multiple projects.
We are seeking an MEP Quantity Surveyor to join their team and contribute to the ongoing data centre project based in West London. Following the completion of this project, the successful candidate will continue to be involved in various data centre projects in the area.
The M&E package for the current project is valued at £5m, with our client serving as the principal contractor responsible for overseeing the project's entirety.
This position is available on a permanent basis and includes my client's competitive package below.
