Job description
An excellent job opportunity for an MEP Planning Manager to work for a leading tier one main contractor on an exciting data centre project in north west London.
The project is a high value data centre for a blue-chip organisation My client are looking for an MEP planner who can add significant value supporting the project team as it transitions from construction to fit-out, MEP installation, commissioning and handover.
What will you be doing?
Be an advanced user of Asta, and have a working knowledge of other planning software such as MS project and P6.
Have experience of projects with heavy MEP and commissioning elements, such as those in the technology or manufacturing sectors.
Possess detailed knowledge of: mechanical, electrical and commissioning, including installation techniques, best practice and single system commissioning requirements, construction build elements, including sequencing and dependencies, design processes and design programmes.
Be able to assist in value engineering and C2P project strategy and demonstrating programme benefits.
