MEP Intermediate Quantity Surveyor

The organisation I represent is an energetic, successful, and longstanding MEP contractor that is distinguished in the industry, specialising in diverse projects such as commercial, life sciences, healthcare, residential, and data centre sectors throughout the UK.
As a result of recent contract wins and success, they are recruiting for a MEP Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to help assist on their largest project to date. My client's total contract value exceeds £200m, with a project end date scheduled for March 2026.
This project is truly unique, offering an amazing chance to join an already successful team dedicated to achieving their goals.
This opportunity is available on both a PAYE and Contract basis and can be paid outside of IR35. See below the package that comes on top of a strong basic salary:
