My client is a dynamic medium-sized Building Services Contractor specializing in commercial fit-out projects. With a proven track record of delivering high-quality Building Services installations, they’ve built strong relationships with clients across various industries.
They pride themselves on the following things:

• Full autonomy for Project Managers on how projects are run
• Minimal red tape, meaning less admin and an easier way to run projects
• Excellent relationships with long-standing clients
• A family feel, everyone knows each other’s name and you’re not just a number!

Due to growth, an MEP BIM Manager is required to join the business, working out of their City of London office.

Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Autonomous design of the above listed services inclusive of all Stage 4 calculations, plant/equipment selections etc. within the project programme
• Production of clear mark-up drawings and overseeing the development of these drawings with the coordination team into 3D Revit/Fabrication models and Stage 5 installation drawings
• Attendance of project meetings, both internal and external (client facing)
• To co-operate and communicate effectively with Project Managers and other team members providing technical support as required.
• To be commercially aware of cost implications of design decisions.
