A mid-sized Mechanical & Electrical Contractor requires a Mechanical Project Manager to deliver on a Residential project in Central London worth £9mil M&E, which is currently in Phase 2 and due to be completed by June 2025.
Under new leadership, this is an interesting time to join the company and be part of their growth plans to double turnover in the next five years.

- Plan, organize, and manage all mechanical engineering activities for residential projects, including HVAC systems, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems into residential designs.
- Lead and mentor project teams, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget.
- Manage project budgets, expenditures, and change orders, ensuring cost control measures are implemented and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager, preferably with a focus on residential projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- Proficient in project management tools and software, such as MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse project teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
