Mechanical Project Engineer
£40k - £60k + package depending on skills and experience
Our client are a leading building services company who have a long history of delivering MEP installations on high-profile construction projects, UK-wide. They are owned by a multi-national energy company and are looking to take on building services engineers who they will upskill to work on major projects within the nuclear industry.
Some temporary works packages at Hinkley Point have been awarded and our client is looking to take on an Mechanical Project Engineer to provide engineering and management resource in order to direct, supervise and support all project related operations within these packages of work. The Mechanical Project Engineer will plan, develop and implement all activities associated with the efficient and profitable running of the assigned projects.
You will need:
HNC or above qualification in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering. Similarly for the Electrical Project Engineer an Electrical HNC Qualification.
SMSTS Qualification or above in Safety.
Previous work experience needs to be in Industrial, Healthcare, Commercial or Public Sector projects.
Larger Project experience on schemes with an MEP value of £5m plus
