Mechanical Engineer
Salary: £48,000
Location: London
Shift: Monday to Friday - Days.

As a Mechanical Engineer you will be responsible for the general day to day maintenance of the building.
Your Responsibilities:
- Responsible for servicing and maintaining all types of Mechanical systems,
- Maintaining and repairing all building services equipment, which include PPM and Reactive maintenance.
- Service and maintain plant and equipment associated with building services systems.
- Fault finding.
- Carry out basic maintenance on pressurised systems, FCU's, AHU's, boilers, plant rooms etc.
- including knowledge of water hygiene.
Essential Experience
- 5+ years experience in a similar building environment
- Broad technical knowledge and understanding of FM and building systems
- Relevant qualification in Mechanical field
