My client has an envious reputation of delivering some of the most flagship commercial projects in the UK, with project values ranging from £10m - £70m in M&E value.
The company in question truly values good Construction Managers, and has a reputation for progressing them into Project Manager positions quickly.
They have a need for a Mechanical Construction Manager to work on a Data Centre in North Acton.

Duties include:

• Management and delegation of works to sub-contractors
• Health & Safety responsibility for mechanical works
• Compiling weekly progress reports for senior managements
• Communicate efficiently with clients and suppliers to ensure the project will be completed on time.
• Identify and rectify flaws with design and installation
• Track and reduce the cost of labour whenever possible
• Co-ordinate plant and materials
