Managing Quantity Surveyors, your time has come!
I am currently working with a team of tier one main contractors who are on a joint venture that’s been so successful, they've managed to win further works on the HS2. This new project is worth a whopping £120million and its a heavy civils framework with no maintenance. The project includes the building of a brand-new viaduct, an eco-friendly head house and shaft fit outs.

As a Managing Quantity Surveyor, you will:
- Help with the delivery of the full project.
- Manage a commercial team of up to 4 people.
- Procure and manage sub-contractors.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Quantity Surveying degree or equivalent
- Demonstrable experience with NEC forms of contracts
- Experience working on major projects.
