Job description
An agile, mid tier professional project services consultancy is positioning itself for its next phase of expansion. Specialising in Project Management, Cost Management and PMO services across the property and infrastructure markets, the business is targeting strategic growth within the Rail, Highways, Aviation, Water and Energy sectors.
To support this ambition, they are seeking a Head of Strategy & Growth to shape the company’s future direction and drive the next stage of development.
In this role, you will lead the creation and delivery of the growth strategy: identifying new markets, shaping service offerings, building senior client relationships and driving major business development initiatives. Working closely with the Board and sector leads, you will play a pivotal part in positioning the business for long-term, sustainable success.

What will you be doing?
- Shape and deliver the company’s growth strategy across all infrastructure sectors
- Identify market opportunities, emerging trends and competitive insights
- Develop value propositions and lead strategic bids/pursuits
- Build senior client and partner relationships
- Support commercial performance, scalability and operational improvement
- Drive collaboration across delivery teams to ensure strategic alignment
What will you need?
- Hold a degree or Master level qualification in a relevant subject, such as project management or quantity surveying
- Hold extensive experience in strategy, growth or BD within infrastructure consulting
- Have a strong understanding of PM, Cost or PMO services
- Have a proven ability to shape strategy and convert opportunities into revenue
