A leading Global Building Consultancy is looking to add a Graduate/Assistant Building Surveyor to its growing London Building Surveying team in London & the South East.

The Role
- Deliver a range of building surveying services across multiple projects and sectors
- Undertake condition surveys, defect diagnosis and technical due diligence
- Prepare reports, specifications and schedules of work
- Support project delivery, including contract administration under JCT and NEC
- Assist with refurbishment, maintenance, and capital projects
- Contribute to building safety and sustainability compliance (including CDM and BSA)
- Client & Team Involvement
- Support client relationship management and service delivery
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Engage in CPD, training and knowledge-sharing initiatives
About You
- Degree in Building Surveying (RICS accredited or equivalent)
- Working towards MRICS status
- Minimum 12 months consultancy experience
- Understanding of construction, contracts (JCT/NEC) and project delivery
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proactive team-oriented approach
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (AutoCAD/Revit advantageous)
