Job description
Role: Project Manager
Location: Bristol
We are currently in the process of hiring a Project Manager to supervise all site activities and aid in the planning, organisation, and execution of a mixed-use refurbishment project based in Bristol.
This role will require some late evenings, weekend work, and occasional night shifts. The role will be working 5 days out of 7 in the week, with two full days off per week on a rolling basis.
Type: Freelance.
Duration: Ongoing.
Salary/Rate: Up to £400 per day via Ltd Company or PAYE Umbrella, dependent on skills and experience. This role has been deemed to be outside IR35 if necessary, if it passes the IR35 assessment, this will be assessed for each candidate.

As a Project Manager, your primary roles and responsibilities will include:
- Liaising with multiple contractors.
- Being able to work and monitor detailed project trades and programme.
- Conduct H&S inspections.
- Enforce health and safety protocols and quality standards on site.
- Supervise multiple contractors and ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.
- Providing weekly reports to main contractors.
- Prepare and deliver project reports and updates to management and clients.
- 3+ years of site management or professional construction experience.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- An excellent eye and attention to detail.
- SMSTS or equivalent Construction Health & Safety Certificate.
- Full First Aid Certification
- CSCS Black Card
