Job description

Are you an experienced FM Moves Coordinator/Manager? We have an exciting opportunity for you! Our client is seeking a moves management coordinator to oversee workplace renovations in a grade 1 office environment in West London. In this 6 month contract role, you will act as the coordinator to ensure spaces are clear and users relocated as per the client's requirements. Additionally, you will organize and plan the re-occupations. This role is perfect for someone with an FM/PM moves management background.

Please note there is a potential for the role to switch to a permanent role after 3-6 months and requires to be on site full time. 

  • Manages Relationships and provides direction with project stakeholders
  • Reports on project progress and performance
  • Project documentation
  • Raising Internal Pos and financial reporting
  • Risk Management & Compliance
  • Project delivery & direction
  • Co-ordinating all internal workstreams and deliverables
  • Project plan in conjunction with external PM Coordinate meetings, agendas and actions
  • Brief and lead change champions
  • Creating a multi channel communication plan and distributing liaising with Internal Comms
  • Induction of new space
  • Ensure the delivery of culture plan is being promoted
  • Promote new ways of working
  • Collect feedback and report back
  • Innovative leadership
  • Inspire and motivate change, create a change plan
  • Work with General Manager on induction and collateral
  • All internal comms channels kept up to date
  • Liaise with people team
  • Act as Accessibility Ambassador
