Salary: £65,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance
Location: London
Are you a competent contract manager who is looking to elevate your career into EA and be more client facing?
You will be responsible for overseeing an account with a turnover of $14,000,000 spread across 18 sites throughout the UK, providing leadership to a team of over 50 individuals.

Your Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of facilities professionals, including maintenance staff, technicians, and administrative personnel.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the facilities department in alignment with the overall organizational goals.
- Identify areas for improvement, cost-saving initiatives, and efficiency enhancements in facility management.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facilities, ensuring compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulations.
- Coordinate and prioritize maintenance and repair activities to minimize downtime and disruptions.
- Develop and manage the facilities budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal resource allocation.
- Negotiate contracts as an FM Lead with vendors and service providers, seeking competitive pricing and maintaining positive relationships.
Essential Experience:
- Proven experience in facilities management, with a focus on leadership and strategic planning.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using facility management software and tools.
