Salary: £60,000 - £70,000
Location: Abingdon, Oxford        
 
As the Engineering Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the maintenance and repair of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within our clients' facilities. You will lead a team of skilled engineers and technicians, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the engineering team.
• Ensure all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems are maintained and operating efficiently.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of equipment.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize facility operations.
• Prepare and manage budgets, as well as track expenses and resources.
• Provide training and mentorship to engineering staff.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all maintenance activities.

 
Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of [X] years of experience in facilities management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in using maintenance management software.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
