- Take full ownership and accountability for electrical contracts, from tendering stage to final handover.
- Provide accurate and detailed electrical cost estimates, taking into account materials, labour, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
- Collaborate with the design team to review electrical specifications and drawings, ensuring compliance with project requirements, local regulations, and industry standards.
- Oversee the procurement process for electrical equipment and materials, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project budgets.
- Manage and coordinate electrical subcontractors, conducting regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve any technical issues that may arise.
- Implement effective project management practices, including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk assessment.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to ensure that electrical installations meet the highest standards and client expectations.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors, ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide guidance and support to the site team regarding electrical installations, troubleshooting, and resolving any technical challenges.
- Stay updated on industry advancements, new technologies, and regulatory changes, applying them to enhance project delivery and drive continuous improvement.
