My client is a globally recognised, market-leading Tier 1 M&E contractor with extensive experience delivering high-profile projects across the UK and Europe. They specialise in a wide range of sectors, including major commercial, health care, and mission-critical developments.
They are currently seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Construction Manager to oversee the pre-construction and delivery of a large-scale commercial Shell & Core project in central London worth £92mil M&E. This project is set to begin on-site in March 2025, with completion scheduled for September 2027.

- Develop and oversee the electrical construction plan, including scope, budget, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Supervise and coordinate electricians, subcontractors, and other site personnel, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule.
- Monitor and manage project costs, ensuring work stays within the allocated budget while maintaining quality standards.
- Plan and update work schedules to ensure timely completion of electrical installations and coordinate with other trades on-site.
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect electrical installations, ensuring they meet design specifications and comply with safety standards.
- Ensure all electrical work complies with health and safety regulations, and oversee the implementation of safety protocols on site.
- Monitor the quality of electrical installations, ensuring they meet project specifications and standards.
