E&P Project Manager
Circa £75k - £80k or £400/day CIS / Ltd
We are working with a principal contractor for UK mainline and metro railways across a number of disciplines, which include signalling, mechanical, electrical and power (MEP), telecoms, civil and structural engineering, maintenance, renewal, providing a fully tested and commissioned service, on both Network Rail and Transport For London controlled infrastructure.
Due to some new project awards, they are looking for an E&P Project Manager to join on a contract or permanent basis.
You will:
• Lead electrification projects from initiation to completion, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency are met.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and resources, monitoring progress and making adjustments as necessary to achieve project objectives.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, external stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers, fostering effective working relationships and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, anticipating potential challenges and implementing contingency plans to ensure project success.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, promoting a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Conduct regular project reviews, reporting on progress, milestones, and key performance indicators to senior management and stakeholders.
E&P Project Manager needs to have a proven track record of delivering major E&P projects for Network Rail or Transport for London.
