MEP Commissioning Manager
Negotiable Salary (within reason), Relocation Package Considered
MoD Security Clearance Required
A large-scale Ministry of Defence construction project is underway near Newquay with an MEP value of £130M, handover date mid-2028.
Our client is an MEP contractor with a long-standing history of delivering major UK build and infrastructure projects, currently 3 years into a 5-year programme. They require the expertise of an MEP Commissioning Manager to join on a permanent basis to help build and drive the commissioning programme to completion and handover.
You will need a proven track record of writing commissioning programmes, project managing them on site, coordinating between the projects stakeholders and specialist subcontractors and tying in all elements of the building services into the larger civils and construction packages.
Due to the sensitive nature of the site and the high level of security clearance needed, the MEP Commissioning Manager role is only open to UK Passport Holders.
