The Role
You'll work across a broad range of Building Surveying instructions for a diverse client base, delivering projects from inception through to completion.

- Contract Administration and Project Management
- Employer's Agent duties
- Building Surveys and Technical Reports
- Defect Diagnosis and Planned Maintenance Programmes
- Dilapidations and Schedules of Condition
- Specification writing and tender documentation
- Client relationship management and stakeholder engagement
- Mentoring junior surveyors and supporting team development
- Projects span the commercial, residential, education, healthcare, and public sectors, offering excellent variety and exposure.
