Debby is the longest-standing employee at People Group outside of the Directors, having joined the business in 2012. Her longevity is a testament to her dedication, knowledge and integral role within the company.
She manages and oversees the full onboarding process for all contingent workers, ensuring a smooth and compliant mobilisation for both new and returning contractors. Debby supports contractors throughout the lifecycle of their assignments and is a trusted point of contact for both candidates and clients.
Her expertise and sound judgement have even led to her working in-house with some of our major clients, further demonstrating the value she brings to the business and the strength of the relationships she builds.

Whilst PMO for Mace's Better4 Project I had regular interaction with People Group. Without fail I received quick courteous responses; Their processes were abundantly clear and worked efficiently. There was a constant willingness to help and I do not think I have ever come upon such an efficient, or more pleasant team. I miss those days!
