Aimee Cocotos

Aimee has been a vital part of the business since before the MBO, bringing with her a deep understanding of our operations, culture, and values. Beginning her journey in the Finance team, her commitment and expertise have seen her progress into the role of Onboarding Coordinator, where she now leads all contractor onboarding activity.

In her current position, Aimee is responsible for the onboarding and ongoing support of over 500 contingent workers, playing a key role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience from day one. She is passionate about delivering high standards and is excited to continue applying her skills and knowledge to support the wider team.

Known for her dedication and strong client relationships, Aimee works closely with our partners to ensure smooth, efficient operations. Her approachable manner and people-first mindset make her a highly valued and well-liked member of the team, by colleagues and clients alike.
